Come ogni estate, i compositori Luca e Marco Catalano ed Alessandro Armuschio non stanno mai fermi!!

Da ormai diverse settimane, gli Ainur hanno iniziato la composizione, l’arrangiamento e la stesura di diversi brani per il prossimo disco, la cui data di uscita non è ancora nota.

Si sa solo che sarà un disco incentrato sulle Guerre del Beleriand (Wars of Beleriand, ipotetico titolo) e che sarà forse di nuovo un doppio album come Lay of Leithian.

Alcuni brani del nuovo lavoro risalgono ai tempi di From ancient times, scritti nel 2006 e poi lasciati in sospeso per alcuni anni, durante i quali gli Ainur hanno sfornato i loro primi 3 dischi.

Nel frattempo a settembre (da confermare la data esatta) gli Ainur si esibiranno live a Gassino (TO), manifestazione presentata dalla neo-associazione AltreArti.

Continua la lavorazione al DVD del live Progressive Rock Night del maggio 2010, per la regia di Federico Alotto e con la collaborazione di Alan Brunetta degli Euthymia.

In ultimo, è in lavorazione il DVD del making of Lay of Leithian, con estratti degli ultimi live, registrazioni in studio, videoclip, backstage e interviste varie. Insomma tante news elfiche per il 2010 e per il 2011!!!

As every summer, composers never sleep!

In the last weeks, Ainur have started composition and new ideas for next album, probably about Wars of Beleriand (as album title?). Maybe it will be a double cd as Lay of Leithian.

A new date will be placed in Gassino (TO) in september (to be confirmed), thank to new AltreArti association.

Two DVDs at work. The first is Progressive Rock Night, live concert with Ainur, Euthymia and Vurtula, filmed in may and directed by Federico Alotto, with partecipation of Alan Brunetta.The second is a Making of Lay of Leithian, with live scenes, backstage, videoclips and more. Directed by Marco Catalano.

Siamo spiacenti di informarvi che la data di questa sera 12 giugno dell’ “INGRIA WOODSTOCK FESTIVAL” è stata annullata a causa del maltempo.

Inoltre sarà presente Davide Aletti & STAFF con SHOT THE SPOT e la possibilità di farsi fotografare in tema anni ‘70 - Woodstock.
Venite vestiti in Stile woodstock!
Birra/Bevande in ettolitri verranno gestiti insieme alla distribuzione di piatti tipici e panini dal Comune d’Ingria.

Grande serata ieri al Faster/Fabrik di Moncalieri in occasione del Progressive Rock Night.
La serata è stata trasmessa da Radio103 in diretta streaming su www.radio103.it, condotta da Marlene e Mick che hanno presentato i tre gruppi della serata: Vurtula, Euthymia e Ainur.
