Gli Ainur sono attualmente impegnati su due fronti.

Mentre proseguono infatti i lavori di composizione, riarrangiamento e definizione del quarto album (Wars of Beleriand), parallelamente sono cominciate le registrazioni di Lays of Beleriand - An Acoustic Journey in Middle Earth (questo pare sarà il titolo), una rivisitazione in chiave acustica dei primi tre dischi della band.

La scelta nasce dai numerosi live tenuti dalla band nelle passate due stagioni che hanno visto gli Ainur impegnati in numerosi contest tolkieniani di livello europeo durante i quali le esibizioni sempre più spesso hanno avuto il carattere di live acustico.

Per ora sono previste una dozzina di tracce completamente rivisitate e risuonate fra cui probabilmente uno o due brani inediti e alcune registrazioni live durante i contest estivi.

L’uscita dell’album è prevista per giugno 2012.

Ainur actually work on two projects.

While working on 4th album (Wars of Beleriand), Ainur begin to recording Lays of Beleriand - an acoustic journey in Middle-Earth (this probably will be the title), an acoustic review of 3 previous album of the band.

This choice is based on last two years tour that basically were acoustic ones.

Actually Lays of Beleriand will be probably composed by about ten songs plus one or two new songs and other one or two live ones.

Album will be published probably in june 2012.
